About the Artist
For many years, from his studio in the hills of Western Massachusetts, Paul has painted portraits of distinguished clients both nationally and internationally. Now he is devoting his painting time to exploring his love of Plein Air painting, including landscapes and waterscapes as well as still life, portrait and figure work. Each painting presents a challenge to bring the beauty that he sees in ordinary images on to canvas.
Paul is a graduate of Vesper George School of Art in Boston, MA. He is member of many national art associations, including the Academic Artist Association, the Pastel Society of America, the Portrait Society of America and the Oil Painters of America, to name a few.
He has produced three videos entitled:

Paul has also been featured in American Artist Magazine, Pastel Artist International, and the Pencil Box published by North Light Books. In addition he was featured in American Artist Watercolor Magazine and contributed articles to the Drawing Board section of Artist’s Magazine.
